I would have posted this on dsmtalk, but they are not allowing new members right now? anyways, I spent all day putting a greddy frontmount, greddy bov (w/ 3 inch upper intercooler pipes, 3inch dp, and 3inch exhaust on a 98 gs-t. (his intake was lost in the mail) At first when we started driving it, it was running really bad and would back fire constantly, as well as not hold boost over 2 lbs. SO we tightened the bov spring all the way down, and now it is holding 7lbs, but it is still back firing. We reset the ecu. When ever you floor it, it will back fire several times, and the rpms will bounce (like go from 4500 to 4000 and immediatly back to 4500) and you can hear the bov blowing off even if you have the gas down. You guys have any idea why this is happening? I was thinking a boost leak? thanks, jeremy
